First, log in and check that the account matches your order. Check the characters, the currency and the server. Do not change anything yet.
Once you have checked everything, follow your game's login and setup guide to secure the account. The steps and the timing are different for each game. HoYoverse accounts (Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail and Zenless Zone Zero) need several days of active play before you change any account details. You can usually secure other games sooner.
