Wuthering Waves runs on a Kuro Games account. Unlike HoYoverse accounts, the registered email on a Kuro account can't be changed or unlinked once set, this changes how you secure the account.
- Check the account matches your order first. Log in and confirm the Rover, characters, and server match what you purchased before changing anything. If something's off, contact us at team@rerollmart.com right away, under our refund policy, modifying the account ends replacement eligibility, so verify first, then secure.
- Change the password once you're ready to secure the account. Go to wutheringwaves.kurogames.com, click the profile icon, choose Forgot Password, and reset it with the verification code sent to the account email.
- Keep the original email, we provide full access to it. Kuro accounts can't have their linked email changed, so instead of switching it to your own, we give you full access to the original inbox to handle password resets and verification codes yourself.
- Check linked platforms. The in-game User Center (Settings > Account Settings) shows any linked Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-in, confirm nothing unexpected is attached.
Once you've completed these steps, you have full working control of the account, even without a personal email attached to it.
