How to log in and secure your Wuthering Waves account

This guide shows you how to log in to your Wuthering Waves account with the details we send you, and how to secure it. Wuthering Waves uses a Kuro Games account, not a HoYoverse account. You cannot change the registered email once it is set. This changes how you secure the account, as explained under "Securing your account" below.

Step 1: Receive your account information

You will receive an email that looks like this

Step 2: Log into Wuthering Waves

Sign in with your Email and Game Password. Wuthering Waves does not ask for a verification code when you log in.

Step 3: Check the account matches your order, then play

Check that the account has the characters and resources listed in your order. Do not change anything yet. If anything is wrong, email team@rerollmart.com first. Once you change the account's email or password, you can no longer get a replacement under our refund policy. If everything matches, enjoy the game.

Securing your account

Change the game password when you are ready to secure the account. In the game, open Settings, then Account Settings, to open the Account Center. Then use Reset password. If the game asks you to confirm by email, go to outlook.com. Sign in with the Email and Email Password we sent you, then complete the confirmation.

Keep the original email. We give you full access to it. You cannot change the email on a Kuro Games account. Instead of changing it, we give you full access to the original email. You can then handle password resets and verification codes yourself.
