Why do I need a STOVE account?
Chaos Zero Nightmare accounts log in through STOVE. We bind the account to the STOVE account you send, so you log in with your own email and password.
Which servers can I choose?
Asia or Global. Each account card shows its server.
What do the colored rings mean?
A purple and pink ring marks a seasonal Combatant or Partner. Seasonal units are not added to the standard rescue pool. A gold ring marks every other 5-star.
What does E1 or E2 mean?
It shows duplicate copies. Each extra copy unlocks one Manifest Ego level, so E1 means one extra copy.
Something is wrong with my account. What do I do?
Contact us through the Help Center with your order number before contacting game support. If you cannot log in within 5 days of your order, or the account is not as described, we send you a replacement account.
