Cookie Run: Kingdom uses a Devsisters DevPlay account. DevPlay's registered email can't be changed once set, similar to Wuthering Waves, this changes the security steps.
- Check the account matches your order first. Log in and confirm your Kingdom progress and server match what you purchased before changing anything. If something's off, contact us at team@rerollmart.com right away, under our refund policy, modifying the account ends replacement eligibility, so verify first, then secure.
- Change the password once you're ready to secure the account. Settings > My DevPlay, update the password there.
- Keep the original email, we provide full access to it. DevPlay accounts can't have their registered email changed, so instead of switching it, we give you full access to the original inbox so you control password resets yourself.
- Link an extra social account for backup. Devsisters recommends linking an additional Google or Apple ID account under My DevPlay, giving you a second way in if you ever lose access to the email.
Once you've completed these steps, you have full working control of the account, even without a personal email attached to it.
