This guide shows you how to log in to your Cookie Run: Kingdom account with the details we send you, and how to secure it. Cookie Run: Kingdom uses a Devsisters DevPlay account. You log in with an email address and a game password.
Step 1: Receive your account information
You will receive an email that looks like this
abcdef@outlook.com----abcdef123
Format: Email----Game Password
Here is what each part means:
abcdef@outlook.com (Email): the email address for the account. You use it to log in.
abcdef123 (Game Password): used to log in to Cookie Run: Kingdom.
Some accounts come with a third part. If yours has three parts, the last one is the password for the email.
Step 2: Log into Cookie Run: Kingdom
Start the game. On the DevPlay screen, select Sign in with E-mail.
Enter the Email address, then select Next.
Enter the Game Password, then select Log In.
Step 3: Check the account matches your order, then play
Check that the account has the Cookies and resources listed in your order. Do not change anything yet. If anything is wrong, email team@rerollmart.com first. Once you change the account's email or password, you can no longer get a replacement under our refund policy. If everything matches, enjoy the game.
Securing your account
Two steps make the account yours. Do both.
1. Change the game password. In the game, open Settings, then open the Info tab. Select My DevPlay.
In the panel, select Enter new password. Your new password needs at least 8 characters, and it must contain both letters and numbers.
2. Link your own Google, Apple or Facebook account. The same panel has Social Media Account Links. Adding your own account gives you a second way to log in, and that way belongs only to you.
You cannot change the registered email on a DevPlay account. Because the email stays on the account permanently, linking your own Google, Apple or Facebook account is the only way to get a login route that you fully control.
About your account's email
Accounts come with one of two kinds of email address.
- Some are working email accounts. You can open them and use them to reset the game password.
- Some are used only as a login name. You cannot open them.
To find out which one you have, go to the email provider's website. Try to sign in with the Email and the email password we sent you. If you can sign in, you have a working email account. If you cannot sign in, the address is only a login name.
Both steps under "Securing your account" work either way, so follow them in both cases.
