What is the difference between a reroll account and a custom account?
A reroll account has Primogems and Fates saved for you to spend. A custom account already has the characters you choose. See custom Genshin Impact accounts.
What do I get with the account?
The email and its password, the game login details and a short login and security guide. No phone number is linked, no birthday is set and the account has no previous owner.
How long does delivery take?
The login details are sent to your email after payment. Most orders arrive within minutes. If the amount you chose is out of stock, a new account is made and sent as soon as it is ready.
Can I move the Primogems to my own account?
No. Primogems cannot be transferred between accounts. You play on the account you buy.
