This guide shows you how to log in to your Neverness to Everness account with the details we send you, and how to secure it. Neverness to Everness uses a Perfect World Games (PWG) account. This account has no password of its own. You log in with a code that the game sends to the registered email. Whoever can open that email can log in to the account.
Step 1: Receive your account information
You will receive an email that looks like this

Format: Email----Email Password
Here is what each part means:
abcdef@outlook.com (Email): the email address for the account. Your login codes arrive here.
abcdef321 (Email Password): used to log in to that email.
Neverness to Everness has no separate game password. Every login uses a code sent to this email.
Step 2: Log into your email
Go to outlook.com and sign in with your Email and Email Password. Keep this tab open. You will need it in the next step.
Step 3: Log into Neverness to Everness
Start the game and choose Email login. The game also offers Facebook and Google, but your account uses the email we sent you.
Enter the Email address, then ask the game to send the verification code. Open your email, copy the code, and enter it. Select Log in. If the code does not arrive, wait for the timer to finish and ask for another one.
Step 4: Check the account matches your order, then play
Check that the account has the characters and resources listed in your order. Do not change anything yet. If anything is wrong, email team@rerollmart.com first. Once you change the account's email or password, you can no longer get a replacement under our refund policy. If everything matches, enjoy the game.
Securing your account
Change the email password first. This is the step that secures the account. You cannot change or remove the registered email on a PWG account. Every login sends a code to that email. Whoever can open the email can log in. Sign in at outlook.com and change the password there. Changing the email password does not change anything inside the game.
Then link Google or Facebook as a backup. In the game, open Settings, go to the Account tab, then select Go next to User Center.
In the User center, select Bind Account and add your own Google or Facebook login. This gives you a second way to log in if you ever lose access to the email. It does not move the account to a new email. The original email stays on the account permanently, so this is a backup and not a replacement for changing the email password.
Manage devices shows which devices have logged in. Other Settings lets you switch accounts.
