Neverness to Everness uses a Perfect World Games (PWG) account, managed entirely through the in-game User Center, there's no separate account website.
- Check the account matches your order first. Log in and confirm your Hunter's progress and server match what you purchased before changing anything. If something's off, contact us at team@rerollmart.com right away, under our refund policy, modifying the account ends replacement eligibility, so verify first, then secure.
- Reset the password once you're ready to secure the account. Use the "forgot password" option on the login screen with the linked email to set a new password.
- Change the linked email. Settings > Account > User Center > Go, then Link/Bind Account, tap the email field, and enter your own address.
- Check linked platforms. The User Center also shows any attached Google, Facebook, Apple, or PSN logins, remove anything you don't recognize.
Once you've completed these steps, the account is fully yours.
