How to claim your rank

  1. Open a ticket on our Discord, or reply to your order email, and tell us your Discord username.
  2. We check your orders and add your role within 24 hours.

How it works

  • No sign-up needed. We count the email address you use at checkout.
  • Ranks are permanent. They never reset and they never expire.
  • Spending on GenshinAccounts.com counts as well, because the Discord server is shared. Discount codes are per store.
  • One discount per order. Codes do not stack.
  • Past orders count. If you bought before the ranks existed, open a ticket with your checkout email and we will credit it.
