Dragon Ball Legends uses a Bandai Namco ID, managed through the Bandai Namco ID portal.
- Check the account matches your order first. Log in and confirm your Chrono Crystals, characters, and player level match what you purchased before changing anything. If something's off, contact us at team@rerollmart.com right away, under our refund policy, modifying the account ends replacement eligibility, so verify first, then secure.
- Change the password once you're ready to secure the account. Sign in to the Bandai Namco ID portal (bandainamcoid.com) and update the password under Profile Settings.
- Change the registered email. From the same portal, go to My Page > Profile Settings (Social Media Account Linking and Email Settings) and update the email.
- Check linked platforms. Confirm no unexpected social sign-ins are attached to the Bandai Namco ID.
Once you've completed these steps, the account is fully yours, with no dependence on the original signup details.
