Refund policy

Due to the nature of digital accounts, all sales are generally final. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive a working account and a smooth experience.

When We Will Help

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The account is not delivered within 24 hours
  • You are unable to access the account upon delivery
  • The account does not match what you ordered

Check First, Then Secure

  1. Log in with the details in your delivery email and check that the account matches your order.
  2. If anything is wrong, contact us before making any changes. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
  3. If everything is right, secure the account straight away by following the guide in your delivery email. Securing the account is your responsibility.

When Refunds Are Not Available

  • Change of mind or accidental purchase
  • You changed the email or password, bound the account to a personal email, or used in-game resources before telling us about a problem with the account as delivered
  • The account has been resold or given to someone else

rerollmart 5-Day Warranty

Every account includes the free rerollmart 5-Day Warranty. If you cannot log in within 5 days of your order, through no action of yours, we replace the account.

Extended Warranty (30 Days)

At checkout you can extend the warranty to 30 days from the date of your order. If the game bans or locks the account in that time, through no action of yours, we replace it with an account of similar value. One replacement per account. The replacement is covered for the rest of the original 30 days.

What No Warranty Covers

  • A wrong, forgotten or changed password or email
  • A ban or lock caused by your own actions on the account, including cheats or unauthorised third-party tools
  • Losing access because the account was not secured after delivery
  • Accounts that have been resold or given to someone else
  • Items, currency or purchases added to the account after delivery
  • Orders where the delivery instructions were not followed

If We Cannot Replace an Account

We refund the price of the account. The extended warranty fee is not refunded.
