This guide shows you how to log in to your Cookie Run: Tower of Adventures account with the details we send you, and how to secure it. The game uses a Devsisters DevPlay account, the same system as Cookie Run: Kingdom. You log in with an email address and a game password.
Step 1: Receive your account information
You will receive an email that looks like this
abcdef@outlook.com----abcdef123----abcdef321
Format: Email----Game Password----Email Password
Here is what each part means:
abcdef@outlook.com (Email): the email address for the account. You use it to log in.
abcdef123 (Game Password): used to log in to Cookie Run: Tower of Adventures.
abcdef321 (Email Password): used to log in to the email.
Step 2: Log into Cookie Run: Tower of Adventures
Start the game. On the DevPlay screen, select Sign in with E-mail.
Enter the Email address, then select Next. On the next screen, enter the Game Password and select Log In.
Step 3: Check the account matches your order, then play
Check that the account has the Cookies and Crystals listed in your order. Do not change anything yet. If anything is wrong, email team@rerollmart.com first. Once you change the account's email or password, you can no longer get a replacement under our refund policy. If everything matches, enjoy the game.
Securing your account
Three steps make the account yours. Do all three.
1. Open My DevPlay. In the game, open Settings, then the Account tab. Select My DevPlay.
2. Change the game password. Select Enter new password. Your new password needs at least 8 characters, and it must contain both letters and numbers.
3. Link your own Google or Apple account. The same panel has Social Media Account Links. Adding your own account gives you a second way to log in, and that way belongs only to you.
Also change your email password. Go to outlook.com and sign in with the Email and Email Password we sent you, then change the password there. We give you full access to this email, so it is yours to control.
You cannot change the registered email on a DevPlay account. Because the email stays on the account permanently, changing its password and linking your own Google or Apple account are the two things that put the account under your control.
