Genshin Impact runs on the HoYoverse Account system, the same login used across Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero, Honkai Impact 3rd, Tears of Themis, and HoYoLAB. Here's how to log in and lock the account down.
- Check the account matches your order first. Log in and confirm the characters, currency, and server match what you purchased before changing anything. If something's off, contact us at team@rerollmart.com right away, under our refund policy, modifying the account (changing email or password) ends replacement eligibility, so verify first, then secure.
- Play actively for about 5 days before changing any account details. Changing details on a freshly delivered account can trigger HoYoverse security checks.
- Change the password. After the waiting period, go to the HoYoverse Account Center (account.hoyoverse.com) > Account Security > Change Password, or use the in-game User Center.
- Change the registered email. Account Security > Change Email, verify with the code sent to the current email, then confirm the new one. Pick an email you'll keep long-term.
- Turn on two-factor authentication. Account Security > Two-Factor Authentication adds a login code sent to your email or phone on top of the password.
- Check linked platforms. The Account Center shows any linked Facebook, Google, or Apple ID sign-in methods, confirm nothing unexpected is attached.
After the waiting period, once you've completed these steps, the account is fully yours, with no dependence on the original signup details.
