Where do I find my account details?

We send your account details to the email address you used at checkout, in a single delivery email. That email contains your login details and any instructions for your account.

If you cannot find it

  • Check your spam or junk folder first
  • Search your email for a message from Rerollmart, or for your order confirmation
  • Make sure the email address you entered at checkout was correct

If you still cannot find it after 24 hours, email us at team@rerollmart.com with your order number. We will help you.
