Some accounts, especially rarer or higher-tier ones, may take a little longer to prepare, but delivery is always within 24 hours of a successful order.

If your order is late
If you haven't received your account after 24 hours, contact us at team@rerollmart.com with your order number and we'll resolve it right away. You are eligible for a replacement or refund if your account was not delivered within 24 hours, under our refund policy.
