Delivery is automatic. When your payment is confirmed, we send your account details to the email address you used at checkout.

Some accounts take longer to prepare, especially rare or higher-tier ones. Delivery is still always within 24 hours of a successful order.

If your order is late
If you have not received your account after 24 hours, email us at team@rerollmart.com with your order number. We will fix it quickly. If we do not deliver your account within 24 hours, you can get a replacement or a refund under our refund policy.
