My order hasn't arrived, what now?

Most orders arrive within 1 to 5 minutes, and always within 24 hours. If less than 24 hours have passed, your account is probably still coming. While you wait, check your spam or junk folder. The delivery email is sometimes filtered there.

If more than 24 hours have passed, email us at team@rerollmart.com with your order number. We will fix it as quickly as possible. If we do not deliver your account within 24 hours, you can get a replacement or a refund under our refund policy.
