What do I get with this account?

What is the difference between guaranteed and random operators?
A guaranteed combo names the operator, so that operator is on the account. A random combo states how many six-star or five-star operators the account has, but which ones varies from account to account.
Which server should I choose?
Choose the server you want to play on. Global (EN) is played in English and Japan (JP) in Japanese. They are separate servers, and progress does not carry between them.
How long does delivery take?
The login details are sent to your email after payment, within minutes in most cases and always within 24 hours.
Can I move the Orundum to my own account?
No. Orundum cannot be transferred between accounts. You play on the account you buy.
What should I do after receiving my account?
Log in with the details in your delivery email and check that the account matches your order. The delivery email also has a short guide to keep the account safe. Follow it, because the rerollmart 5-Day Warranty covers the account as we delivered it. How to log in and secure your Arknights account.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every account comes with the rerollmart 5-Day Warranty. If you cannot log in within 5 days of your order, we send you a replacement account. The warranty covers the account as we delivered it. It does not cover a wrong, forgotten or changed password or email, or losing access because the account was not secured after delivery.
