How to log in and secure your Zenless Zone Zero account

Zenless Zone Zero also runs on the HoYoverse Account system, checked via Options > Account > User Center in-game.

  1. Check the account matches your order first. Confirm your Proxy profile and server match what you purchased before changing anything. If something's off, contact us at team@rerollmart.com right away, under our refund policy, modifying the account ends replacement eligibility, so verify first, then secure.
  2. Play actively for about 5 days before changing any account details. Changing details on a freshly delivered account can trigger HoYoverse security checks.
  3. Change the password. After the waiting period, HoYoverse Account Center > Account Security > Change Password, or the in-game User Center.
  4. Change the registered email. Account Security > Change Email, verify old then new email.
  5. Turn on two-factor authentication. Account Security > Two-Factor Authentication.
  6. Check linked platforms. Confirm no unexpected social sign-ins are attached.

After the waiting period, once you've completed these steps, the account is fully yours, with no dependence on the original signup details.
