This guide shows you how to log in to your Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle account and how to secure it. Your account is linked to a Google account that we send you. You log in with that Google account, check the account, and then link your own Google account or Apple ID to it.
Link your own Google account or Apple ID before you close the game. The Google account we send is only for the handover. It stops working soon after your first login.
Which phone does your account work on?
Your account works on the platform you chose at checkout: Android or iOS. Dragon Stones do not move between Android and iOS. If you move the account to the other platform, the game removes the Dragon Stones. Always log in on the platform you bought.
Step 1: Receive your account information
We email you two things: a Google Email and a Google Password. This is the Google account linked to your game account.
Step 2: Log in to Dokkan Battle
- Install Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle and open it. Do not start a new game.
- On the title screen, tap Continue Game.
- Select Transfer Game Data via Google.
- Google shows a list of accounts. Select Use another account, then sign in with the Google Email and Google Password from your delivery email.
- Confirm the transfer. The game loads your account.
Use a stable internet connection while the game loads your account.
Step 3: Check the account matches your order
Check that the account has the Dragon Stones and cards listed in your order. This takes a few minutes. Do not change anything yet. If anything is wrong, email team@rerollmart.com with your order number before you change the link. Once you change the link, you can no longer get a replacement under our refund policy.
Step 4: Link your own Google account or Apple ID
Do this straight after Step 3, before you close the game.
- In the game, tap Menu, then Data Linking & Back Up.
- Tap Google Account Linking, then unlink the Google account we sent you.
- Tap Google Account Linking again and sign in with your own Google account. On iOS, you can choose Sign in with Apple instead.
- Close the game and open it again. Check that your own account loads your Dokkan Battle account.
After this step, only your own Google account or Apple ID can log in to the game account. You do not need the Google account we sent any more. Keep your own Google account or Apple ID safe. If you lose access to it, you cannot move the game account to a new phone.
