How to log in and secure your Arknights account

This guide shows you how to log in to your Arknights account with the details we send you, and how to secure it. It covers both the Global (EN) and Japan (JP) servers. Arknights uses a Yostar account. A Yostar account has no password of its own. You log in with a code that Yostar sends to the account's email, so whoever can open that email can log in. You can change the account's email to your own, and that is how you secure it.

Step 1: Receive your account information

You will receive an email that looks like this

Format: Email----Email Password

Here is what each part means:

Arknights has no separate game password. Every login uses a code sent to this email.

Step 2: Log into your email

Open the email login page linked in your delivery email. Sign in with your Email and Email Password. Keep this tab open. You will need it in the next step.

Step 3: Log into Arknights

1. Start the game. On the title screen, select the account icon on the right side to switch accounts.
2. In the Yostar window, select Log in to another account.
3. Enter the Email address, then select Send. Yostar sends a code to that email.
4. Open your email, copy the code, and enter it. Select Login.

The Yostar window also offers Google and Facebook. Your account uses the email we sent you, so choose the email login. If the code does not arrive, check the junk folder. Then wait for the timer to finish and ask for another code.

On the Japan (JP) server, the game shows these screens in Japanese. The steps are the same.

Step 4: Check the account matches your order, then play

Check that the account has the operators and resources listed in your order. Do not change anything yet. If anything is wrong, email team@rerollmart.com first. Once you change the account's email, you can no longer get a replacement under our refund policy. If everything matches, enjoy the game.

Securing your account

Change the account's email to your own email. This is the step that secures the account. After the change, login codes go to your email, and the original email can no longer log in.

1. In the game, open Settings, then select User Center at the bottom of the menu.
2. Next to Email, select Update Email.
3. Enter your own email address and ask for the code. Yostar sends the code to your own email.
4. Open your own email, copy the code, and enter it. Select Confirm.

User Center also has Bind Other Accounts, where you can link your own Google or Facebook login as a second way in. Manage Devices shows which devices have logged in.
